Movement and Music with JOY Adult Summer Class

Join us this summer for Movement & Music with Joy!

Thiossane Institute to host summer fitness in African dance. Accompanied by musicians this class is giving overall wellness with attention to core strengthening, cardio and muscle toning.
Your engagement is welcome at your own pace with modification for your limitations.

Instructed by the Artistic Director of Thiossane’s performing company, Suzan Bradford Kounta, participants will dance to the rhythms of Guinea, Senegal and Mali in a healthy environment.

Classes will be held once a week for 8 weeks at the Lincoln Theatre ballroom 769 East Long Street, Columbus Ohio 43205.
