You can expect to acquire a broader and deeper sense of spatial and self-awareness the moment your feet hit the floor. The classes are designed to encourage and empower your health journey in a non judgemental, inclusive atmosphere. Instructors welcome novice, seasoned and participants all across the spectrum of experience to attend these lively classes. They are an outlet for release of stressors and a delightful vehicle for expression of inner joy!

Thiossane Institute COVID-19/ INJURY/ILLNESS RELEASE

Thiossane Institute remains in compliance with the suggested practices by the State of Ohio. Therefore, in order to host these classes, we will offer hand soap and hand sanitizer and will keep at 6 ft distance or appropriate distance when in the studio.

By checking the box below, I knowingly and voluntarily assume all risk and agree that Thiossane Institute is not liable for any injuries, illnesses, including, but not limited to, those arising from or related to COVID-19 or damages incurred in conjunction with your participation of these small group gatherings pursuant to this agreement or for any other purpose. I will also use my own PPE mask. I understand that I must wear a mask throughout the class period for the safety of myself and others.

I relieve the Thiossane Institute, its instructors and guest artists of Lincoln Theatre of any liability to my child or loss of stolen property while participating in these classes. I understand that I am participating at my risk and I am aware of my physical limitations.
